CrossFit Basics

A fitness class designed for people of all ages and abilities. We understand CrossFit can be intimidating, so this class is for those who want a more cardio driven workout without heavy weights, high skilled movements and the complex Olympic weightlifting that our CrossFit DFW classes include.  It is still CrossFit, just a more basic version.  While all new members of CrossFit DFW are required to spend the first four weeks in CrossFit Basics, it is not an “intro class” and you are welcome to stay in CrossFit Basics for a lifetime.  Basic movements including running, rowing, wall balls, kettlebell swings, squats, light deadlifts, assisted pull-ups, push-ups, shoulder press, burpees, etc.
