CrossFit Kids is not simply a scaled down version of CrossFit. It is a CrossFit class geared and designed for the specific developmental needs of kids. Most importantly CrossFit Kids in FUN! CrossFit Kids is designed for kids ages 6 – 11 and includes a warm-up, skill work, a WOD (workout of the day), and a game. To say the least, we are busy.
